CancellationPolicy.
Deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to cancellation for all units except for Ballard Lodge A & B which have a 90 day cancellation policy. Any cancellations less than 30 days or 90 (Ballard Lodge A & B) days prior will forfeit full deposit.
YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY OF YOUR STAY IF YOU CHOOSE TO LEAVE EARLY. PAYMENT WILL ALWAYS BE TAKEN FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR RESERVATION UPON CHECK-IN. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER.
GUESTS THAT CANCEL LESS THAN 30 or 90 (Ballard Lodge A & B) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RE-BOOK DURING THE SAME CALENDAR YEAR. YOU CANNOT USE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR THE FOLLOWING CALENDAR YEAR.
DATE CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 RESCHEDULING FEE.
Cabin RentalAmenities.
All cabins include a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Towels, linens, limited dish ware and cookware, dish soap, and bath soap are provided. We do not provide any type of food, cooking oils, spices, condiments, coffee or filters, hair dryers or toiletries. Pet Policy – Pets are only allowed in the Roosevelt, Capone, and Hagenbeck-Wallace cabins. There is a $25 per pet / per night fee required. Absolutely no ATV’s, 4-Wheelers, golf carts or motorized vehicles permitted!
